OzHarvest Ventures to take on Australia + NZ

Food Recycle is excited to announce that we have assigned the Patent rights and Licensed the Technology for Australia and New Zealand to a wholly owned subsidiary of OzHarvest Ventures - a social enterprise whose goal is to eliminate hunger, food waste and create long-term social impact through commercial activities whose profits support OzHarvest -  Australia’s leading food rescue organisation.  OzHarvest operates nationally with offices in Sydney, Adelaide, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Cairns, Canberra, Melbourne, Newcastle and Perth, and through a team of passionate volunteers in regional communities.

OzHarvest have corporate partnerships with the likes of Woolworths, McCormick, BP, Vittoria Coffee and Menulog. ForPurposeCo. are currently planning the first production facility to be built in Greater Sydney which will have the capacity to process over 120 tonnes of food waste, producing around 60 tonnes of poultry feed every day.

Both Food Recycle and OzHarvest Ventures are looking forward to making a significant dent in Australia and New Zealand's Food waste problem.
